Who sends the messages

The program is run by RT Management Inc., the operator of Ruby Tuesday Las Cruces, 2611 N. Telshor Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88011. Store phone: (575) 521-4100. All messages come from the toll-free number (844) 598-1261.

What messages we send

We send only transactional messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

1. Reservation messages, to guests who asked for them:

• Booking confirmation
• A reminder before the reservation, with “Reply Y to confirm / N to cancel”
• Cancellation notice
• Final head count for large parties

2. Work alerts, to our employees and managers:

• Sign-in verification codes for the store’s manager portal
• Shift and work notifications from the store’s manager portal

How people opt in

• Guests: when making a reservation, the guest enters a mobile number and checks the box “Text me about my reservation.” The box is unchecked by default. A guest booking by phone can instead tell the manager taking the booking that they want texts; the manager records that consent with the reservation.
• Employees and managers: the employee adds a mobile number to their profile in the store’s manager portal and checks the SMS box to agree to receive work text messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

How often

Message frequency varies. Reservation messages are about 1–4 messages per reservation. Work alerts are sent as needed.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call the store at (575) 521-4100.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
