Text Message Terms and Conditions

1. Program

“Ruby Tuesday Las Cruces Text Alerts” is a text message program run by RT Management Inc., operator of Ruby Tuesday Las Cruces, 2611 N. Telshor Blvd., Las Cruces, NM 88011. Store phone: (575) 521-4100. Messages are sent from the toll-free number (844) 598-1261.

2. Messages you may receive

The program sends only transactional messages. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

• Reservation messages to guests who asked for them: booking confirmation, a reminder before the reservation with “Reply Y to confirm / N to cancel,” cancellation notice, and final head count for large parties.
• Work alerts to employees and managers: sign-in verification codes and shift/work notifications from the store’s manager portal.

3. How you agree to receive messages

Guests opt in by giving a mobile number and checking the “Text me about my reservation” box, which is unchecked by default, or by telling the manager booking a reservation by phone, who records the consent. Employees opt in by adding a mobile number and checking the SMS box in their manager portal profile.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies: about 1–4 messages per reservation; work alerts as needed.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

6. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also call the store at (575) 521-4100 to be removed.

7. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or call (575) 521-4100.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
